Maximum Exercise Number definition

Maximum Exercise Number means the number specified as such in the relevant Pricing Supplement;

Maximum Exercise Number has the meaning specified in General Terms and Conditions 7.1.

• In any case where more than the Maximum Exercise Number of Products are exercised on the same day by Holder(s) of Products, the order of settlement in respect of such Products shall be at the sole discretion of the Issuer.
