Maximum Height definition

Maximum Height means the distance from ground, road or surface level to the utmost top point of the advertisement and / or the advertising sign.
Maximum Height means, with respect to a Building, the vertical distance from the Reference Level to the highest point of the roof surface including parapet walls, roof mounted mechanical equipment, permitted Signs or other projections of any kind.
Maximum Height means the distance from ground or where the foundation of the sign starts or is visible above natural ground level, as the case may be, to the utmost top point of the advertisement and / or the advertising sign top of the advertisement and / or the advertising sign, whichever is the highest.

Maximum Height means the vertical distance measured from the highest point of the sign or sign structure to the average elevation of the finished grade immediately below to the sign.
