Permitted Signs. The Tenant shall use only such identification signs as are prescribed by the Landlord from time to time and as comply with all applicable by-laws, regulations and codes as to size, location, arrangement, type of lettering, colour, appearance and design for uniform use by office tenants in the Building. Such signs shall contain only the name under which the Tenant carries on business.

Permitted Signs. The Tenant shall be entitled to place a sign as permitted by applicable laws and ordinances, subject to Landlord’s consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Permitted Signs. Landlord shall provide Tenant, at Landlord’s expense a listing on the Building ground sign and appropriate floor directories. Tenant may, at its expense and subject to Landlord’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, install a sign on the exterior wall or door of the Premises inside the Building.

Permitted Signs. Tenant shall at its cost have the right to place, construct and maintain on the exterior of the Premises an exterior sign or signs as set forth in Landlord's Rules and Regulations, Exhibit "C". Landlord reserves the right to modify its sign program from time to time, in Landlord's sole discretion, and Tenant shall at all times comply therewith. Any change required of tenant's signage, which was previously approved by Landlord, shall be at Landlord's expense. Tenant mayinstall signs in and on the Premises to the maximum extent permitted bylocal law and in accordance with the Landlord's Sign Criteria. Landlord will have the right to approve signage and awnings permanently mounted on the exterior of the Premises, however, Landlord will not unreasonably without its approval. Tenant, subject to the City of Concord's ordinances, to install signage on the upper facade, similar to the existing dentist/boost signage. Additionally, Tenant has the right to install colorful vinyl window coverings subject to the City of Concord ordinances and Landlord's written approval.

Permitted Signs. Landlord shall provide Tenant, at Landlord's expense, the following listings and signs as specified in Exhibit "F": (i) the Building directory listing of Tenant's tradename; (ii) a sign on the exterior door of the Premises; and (iii) a monument sign located by Landlord adjacent to the main exterior entry to the Premises. Other than the signs and listings expressly permitted in this Subsection or as may be approved as a part of the Tenant Improvements, Tenant shall not place or have placed any other signs, listings, advertisements, or any other notices anywhere else in or around the Building or the Project, nor shall Tenant place any signs, advertising, lettering or decoration of any type on the windows of the Premises or that are plainly visible through the windows of the Premises. Landlord's Rights. Landlord reserves the right to post or erect and remove such signs as may be desired by Landlord at any time and from time to time, on both the interior and exterior Common Areas of the Building and the Project.

Permitted Signs. Tenant, at its own expense, is permitted only those signs as Landlord may approve in writing, from time to time, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld.
Permitted Signs. No sign, door plaque, advertisement, or notice (collectively “Signs”) will be displayed, painted or affixed by Tenant on any part of the (I) Project or Building in which the Premises are located, II) parking facilities, or (III) Premises, without Landlord’s prior written consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. The color, size, character, style, material, and placement of any Signs are hereby approved by Landlord and illustrated in Exhibit E. Tenant shall comply with any applicable governmental laws, ordinances, regulations, recorded restrictions, and covenants, conditions and restrictions in the placement of the signs. Signs on doors, buildings, and entrances to the Premises, as approved by Landlord, shall be placed thereon by a contractor and paid for by Tenant, except as provided below in Subsection 9.05(b). Tenant shall remove all such Signs at the termination of this Lease. The installation and removal of each Sign will be made in such a manner as to avoid injury or defacement of the Project and other improvements, and Tenant, at its sole expense, shall repair any such injury or defacement.
