Maximum Number of Shares is defined in Section 2.1.4.
Programme Maximum Number of ETP Securities means 1,000,000,000.
Maximum Number means that number of directors constituting the greater of (x) two and (y) 20% of the total number of directors of the Corporation on the last day on which a Nomination Notice may be submitted pursuant to this Section 3.11 (rounded down to the nearest whole number), which number shall be reduced as set forth in Section 3.11.c.i.
Maximum Number of Securities shall have the meaning given in subsection 2.1.4.
Maximum Daily Quantity means the daily volume of Gas or Liquids, expressed in 103m3, identified in a Shipper's Interruptible Transportation Service Agreement that Transporter agrees to receive from Shipper under Toll Schedule Interruptible Full Path Service, Toll Schedule Interruptible Receipt Service or Toll Schedule Interruptible Delivery Service, as applicable.
Minimum Number means 3% of the number of outstanding shares of common stock of the Corporation as of the most recent date for which such amount is given in any filing by the Corporation with the Securities and Exchange Commission prior to the submission of the Nomination Notice.
Minimum Takedown Threshold shall have the meaning given in Section 2.1.4.
Maximum Program Amount means Common Shares with an aggregate Sales Price of the lesser of (a) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares registered under the effective Registration Statement (defined below) pursuant to which the offering is being made, (b) the number of authorized but unissued Common Shares (less Common Shares issuable upon exercise, conversion or exchange of any outstanding securities of the Company or otherwise reserved from the Company’s authorized capital stock), (c) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares permitted to be sold under Form S-3 (including General Instruction I.B.6 thereof, if applicable), or (d) the number or dollar amount of Common Shares for which the Company has filed a Prospectus (defined below).
Maximum mass means the maximum mass stated by the vehicle manufacturer to be technically permissible (this mass may be higher than the "permissible maximum mass" laid down by the national administration).
Maximum Undrawn Amount means with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the amount of such Letter of Credit that is or may become available to be drawn, including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.
Maximum Term Loan Amount means Forty Million and No/100 Dollars ($40,000,000).
Underwriters’ Maximum Number means, for any Piggyback Registration, Demand Registration or other registration which is an underwritten registration, that number of securities to which such registration should, in the opinion of the managing underwriters of such registration in the light of marketing factors, be limited.
Technically permissible maximum laden mass means the maximum mass allocated to a vehicle on the basis of its construction features and its design performances.
Maximum Swingline Amount means $5,000,000.
Number of Shares means a number of shares calculated as follows: Par / Geared Put Strike LPU rounded down to the nearest round lot as permitted by the Exchange for trading purposes, and the remaining fractional share amount (being the “Residual Amount”) shall be paid in USD as the Cash Residual; and
Permitted Number means one (1) unless otherwise indicated under a valid license (e.g. volume license) granted by Investintech or agreed to in writing by Investintech.
Maximum Permissible Amount The lesser of (i) $30,000 (or, if greater, one-fourth of the defined benefit dollar limitation under Code Section 415(b)(1)(A)), or (ii) 25% of the Participant's Compensation for the Limitation Year. If there is a short Limitation Year because of a change in Limitation Year, the Advisory Committee will multiply the $30,000 (or adjusted) limitation by the following fraction: Number of months in the short Limitation Year --------------------------------------------- 12
Maximum Line means $5,000,000, unless said amount is reduced pursuant to Section 2.6, in which event it means the amount to which said amount is reduced.
Specified Number means the number of Public Sources specified in the applicable Final Terms (or, if a number is not so specified, two).
Maximum Limit means that number of issued Shares representing 10% of the total number of issued Shares as at the date of the passing of this Resolution (excluding any Shares which are held as treasury shares as at that date); and
Maximum Offering Size has the meaning set forth in Section 2(d);
Maximum Revolver Amount means $100,000,000, decreased by the amount of reductions in the Revolver Commitments made in accordance with Section 2.4(c) of the Agreement.
Maximum Amount means the Maximum Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.
Maximum Face Amount means, with respect to any outstanding Letter of Credit, the face amount of such Letter of Credit including all automatic increases provided for in such Letter of Credit, whether or not any such automatic increase has become effective.
Maximum Drawing Amount means at the time in question the sum of the maximum amounts which LC Issuer might then or thereafter be called upon to advance under all Letters of Credit which are then outstanding.
Minimum Necessary means the least amount of PHI necessary to accomplish the purpose for which the PHI is needed.
