Examples of Maximum Revolver Facility Amount in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 2.1.1, in no event shall any Borrower be entitled to receive a Revolver Loan if at the time of the proposed funding of such Revolver Loan (and after giving effect thereto and all pending requests for Loans), the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds (or would exceed) the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount.

  • If at any time, (i) the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount, (ii) the Total US Facility Exposure exceeds the Maximum US Facility Amount or (iii) the Total Multicurrency Facility Exposure exceeds the Maximum Multicurrency Facility Amount, in each case the applicable excess amount shall be payable on demand by Agent.

  • If at any time the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds the lesser of (a) the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount and (b) the Revolver Commitments, the excess amount shall be payable by the Borrowers on demand by the Agent.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, each reduction in the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount may not exceed Excess Availability.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section 2.1.1, in no event shall any Borrower be entitled to receive a Revolver Loan if at the time of the proposed funding of such Revolver Loan (and after giving effect thereto and all pending requests for Revolver Loans), the Total Revolver Exposure exceeds (or would exceed) the lesser of (a) the Maximum Revolver Facility Amount and (b) the Revolver Commitments.
