Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment definition

Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to the Credit Agreement, to make available certain revolving credit loans to one or more Borrowers.
Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.13(a)(ii).
Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment has the meaning specified in Section 2.24(a).

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly distribute to the parties an amended Schedule 1.1A (which shall be deemed incorporated into this Agreement), to reflect the addition of any new Lenders that have provided a portion of any such Incremental Term Loan and, if applicable, Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment, and the respective Term Percentages of the Term Lenders resulting therefrom and Revolving Percentages of the Revolving Lenders resulting therefrom.

  • The Administrative Agent shall promptly notify the Borrower and the Lenders of the final allocation of such Incremental Term Loan, Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment (if applicable) and the Increase Effective Date.

Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means any increased or incremental Revolving Credit Commitment provided pursuant to Section 2.14.
