Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment definition

Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means the commitment of any Lender, established pursuant to the Credit Agreement, to make available certain revolving credit loans to one or more Borrowers.
Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means as is specified in Section 2.10.
Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.13(a)(ii).

Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment means the Commitment of any Lender in respect of an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment Increase or Additional/Replacement Revolving Credit Commitments, in each case, pursuant to Section 2.14(a).

The Borrowers shall invite existing Lenders and may invite any Affiliate of any Lender and/or any Approved Fund, and/or any other Person reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, to provide an Incremental Loan Commitment (any such Person, an “Incremental Lender”); provided that the Administrative Agent, the Swing Loan Lender and each Issuing Lender shall consent to each Incremental Lender (including any existing Lender) providing any portion of an Incremental Revolving Credit Commitment. Any proposed Incremental Lender offered or approached to provide all or a portion of any Incremental Loan Commitment may elect or decline, in its sole discretion, to provide such Incremental Loan Commitment.
