Revolver Facility Amount an amount equal to $300,000,000, as such Revolver Facility Amount may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2.1.5, 2.1.8, and 11.2. Revolver Loans: loans made by Lenders to Borrowers (including Swingline Loans) pursuant to Section 2.1, which Revolver Loans shall be denominated in Dollars and shall be either a Base Rate Loan or a LIBOR Loan, in each case as selected by Borrowers, and any Swingline Loan, Overadvance Loan or Protective Advance.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.

  • Revolver Facility means the credit facility as described in and subject to the limitations set forth in Section 2.01.
