Existing ABL Credit Agreement definition

Existing ABL Credit Agreement means that certain ABL credit agreement, dated as of April 19, 2013, among Petco Animal Supplies, Inc., the lenders party thereto, Bank of America, N.A., (as successor to Credit Suisse AG) as administrative agent, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association, as collateral agent, and the subsidiaries of Petco Animal Supplies, Inc. from time to time party thereto, as amended by that certain First Amendment to the ABL Credit Agreement, dated as of November 21, 2014.

Existing ABL Credit Agreement means the Second Amended and Restated Credit Agreement, dated as of May 13, 2016 (as amended by the First Amendment, dated as of June 20, 2016 and the Second Amendment, dated as of November 6, 2017, and as further amended, modified, extended or restated prior to the Third Restatement Date), among Office Depot, the other borrowers and loan parties party thereto, the lenders party thereto, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as administrative agent and US collateral agent, and the other agents party thereto.

Existing ABL Credit Agreement means that certain ABL Credit Agreement, dated as of April 4, 2014, among, Lands’ End, Inc., Lands’ End Europe Limited, Bank of America, N.A. and the other lenders party thereto, as amended or otherwise modified prior to the Closing Date.

• Nothing herein contained shall be construed as a substitution or novation of the obligations outstanding under the Existing ABL Credit Agreement or any other Loan Document or instruments securing the same, which shall remain in full force and effect as modified hereby.
