Maximum Xxxxx’x Rating Factor Test. A test that will be satisfied on any date of determination if the Adjusted Weighted Average Xxxxx’x Rating Factor of the Collateral Obligations is less than or equal to the sum of (i) the number set forth in the Asset Quality Matrix at the intersection of the applicable “row/column combination” chosen by the Collateral Manager (or the linear interpolation between two adjacent rows and/or two adjacent columns, as applicable) as set forth in Section 7.18(g) plus (ii) the Moody’s Weighted Average Recovery Adjustment.
