MCE Period definition

MCE Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).

Related to MCE Period

  • Peak Period means the time between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (April through September) or between 7a.m. and 11 p.m. (October through March) on all days except Saturdays and Sundays, which daily time period will be subject to change from time to time at the Company's option. This change would occur after no less than ten (10) days notice has been given to all Customers who would be affected, and to the Commission.

  • Experience period means the most recent period of time for which experience is reported, but not for a period longer than three (3) full years. (7-1-93)

  • Baseline Period means the period used to determine the baseline emission rate for each regulated pollutant under OAR 340 division 222.

  • Hire Period means the period commencing when the Customer holds the Hire Goods on hire (including Saturdays Sundays and Bank Holidays) and ending upon the happening of any of the following events:

  • Evaluation Period bears the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 7.4(d)(i);

  • Three-Year Period means, with respect to a Restatement, the three completed fiscal years immediately preceding the date that the Board, a committee of the Board, or the officer or officers of the Company authorized to take such action if Board action is not required, concludes, or reasonably should have concluded, that the Company is required to prepare such Restatement, or, if earlier, the date on which a court, regulator or other legally authorized body directs the Company to prepare such Restatement. The “Three-Year Period” also includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following the three completed fiscal years identified in the preceding sentence. However, a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine to 12 months shall be deemed a completed fiscal year.

  • Earn-Out Period has the meaning set forth in Section 2.3(a).

  • Service Period has the meaning given to it in Framework Schedule 4 (Template Order Form and Template Call Off Terms) as refined by a Contracting Body in a Call Off Agreement between that Contracting Body and the Supplier;

  • Testing Period means a single period consisting of the four consecutive fiscal quarters of the Borrower then last ended (whether or not such quarters are all within the same fiscal year), except that if a particular provision of this Agreement indicates that a Testing Period shall be of a different specified duration, such Testing Period shall consist of the particular fiscal quarter or quarters then last ended that are so indicated in such provision.

  • PEA Period means the period commencing at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the fifth (5th) Business Day immediately prior to the filing of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement), and ending at 9:30 a.m., Eastern time, on the Business Day immediately following, the effective date of any post-effective amendment to the Registration Statement (as defined herein) or New Registration Statement (as such term is defined in the Registration Rights Agreement).

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period begins on the Effective Date and ends after three (3) full months. At all times during the Ramp period, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits in the agreement and will not be subject to an AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): Customer agrees to pay Company no less than $2,836,000 in Total Service Charges in each twelve-month period during the Initial Term (“Contract Year”), which is the Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”).

  • Run-out Period means a period after the close of a Plan Year or other period during which Participants in a flexible spending arrangement (FSA) may request reimbursement for expenses incurred during the Period of Coverage.

  • Strike Period means from and including 19 July 2024 to and including 23 July 2024

  • Operation Period means the period commencing from COD and ending on the Transfer Date;

  • Free Period means any Period other than the Prohibited Period.

  • Minimum Hire Period means the Minimum Hire Period as described on the invoices, quotation, authority to hire, or any other forms as provided by the Supplier to the Client.

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Earnout Period has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(a).

  • Termination Period means the period of time beginning with a Change in Control and ending on the earlier to occur of (1) two years following such Change in Control or (2) the Executive’s death.

  • Rolling Period means, as of any date, the four Fiscal Quarters ending on or immediately preceding such date.

  • Extended Period As defined in Section 9.04(b).

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Base Period means (i) the test period ending December 31, 2010 (or, if the Commission has elected to stagger its biennial reviews of utilities as provided in subdivision 1, the test period ending December 31, 2010, for a Phase I Utility, or December 31, 2011, for a Phase II Utility), or (ii) the most recent test period with respect to which credits have been applied to customers' bills under the provisions of this subdivision, whichever is later.

  • Licence Period , in relation to a licence, means each calendar year during which, or during any part of which, the licence is in force;
