MDT NAS Monitoring Claim definition

MDT NAS Monitoring Claim means the beneficial interest in the MasterDisbursement Trust granted to the NAS Monitoring Trust pursuant to the Private Entity Settlements, which interest shall entitle the NAS Monitoring Trust to the payment of the amounts set forth in Section 5.2(d)(i)(C) of the Plan.
