  • Engineer-in-Charge/Consultant/Architect : This term shall mean any authorized representative or person specifically deputed by the Employer wherever they are employed from time to time by the Employer.

  • Engineer-in-charge means the officer nominated by the company in the Civil Engineering cadreI discipline who is competent to direct supervisors and authorised to be in charge of the works for the purpose of this contract.
