Measurement Committee definition

Measurement Committee means the committee appointed under Article 4.4 of theProtocol;
Measurement Committee means the measurement committee at a regatta in which the yacht is entered.

  • All decisions of the Commercial Commissioner, Regatta Director, Measurement Committee and/or Umpires taken in good faith within their proper authority and/or jurisdiction as prescribed in and/or contemplated by the Rules in each case shall not be subject to any review or appeal.

  • Peer review committee means one or more persons acting in a peer review capacity who also serve as an officer, director, trustee, agent, or member of any of the following:

  • Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.

  • Monitoring Committee means the committee established under clause 10 of this Award.

  • Joint Committee means the Joint Committee established by Article 164(1) of the withdrawal agreement;

  • Nomination Committee means the nomination committee of the Board established in accordance with Article 116;

  • Development Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.1.

  • Compensation Committee means the Compensation Committee of the Board.

  • Steering Committee has the meaning set forth in Section 2.

  • Project Committee has the meaning assigned to it in Section 6.1;

  • Nominating Committee means the nominating committee of the board of directors of the Company established pursuant to the Articles, or any successor committee.

  • Banning Committee means a Committee constituted for the purpose of these guidelines by the competent authority. The members of this Committee shall not, at any stage, be connected with the tendering process under reference.

  • Investment Committee means the committee in charge of investment aspects of the Plan, as described in Article VII.

  • Coordination Committee means the jointly constituted PJM and NYISO committee established to administer the terms and provisions of this Agreement pursuant to Section 35.3.2.

  • Review Committee or “Committee” means a committee established pursuant to rule Chapter 67-60, F.A.C.
