Measurement Provisions definition

Measurement Provisions means the procedures, methods and standards by which:
Measurement Provisions means those procedures, methods and standards in place in respect of the measurement and determination of the volume, calorific value, quantity and delivery characteristics of Natural Gas delivered or tendered for delivery at the System Entry Point as set out in Schedule 4;
Measurement Provisions as set out in Schedule 9, shall mean those procedures, methods and standards by which Gas delivered or tendered for delivery at the LDZ System Entry Point will be measured, sampled and analysed and the volume, Calorific Value, quantity and delivery characteristics of such Gas will be determined;

Examples of Measurement Provisions in a sentence

  • The requirements for these determinations that must be met or exceeded are set out within these Measurement Provisions.

  • On a Day on which physical direction of flow changes, the Measurement Provisions will be applied to determine a Reverse Flow and Forward Flow value for the End of Day Energy Quantity and Expected Daily Energy Quantity.

More Definitions of Measurement Provisions

Measurement Provisions means those procedures, methods and standards in place in respect of the measurement and determination of the volume, calorific value, quantity and delivery characteristics of Natural Gas delivered or tendered for delivery at the Connected System Point as set out in Part 2 of Appendix 1. MCM/D or MCM/day means millions of Cubic Metres per Day. MCM/h or MCM/hour means millions of Cubic Metres per Hour. MWh/D or MWh/day means millions of kWh per Day.

Related to Measurement Provisions

  • Performance Measurement Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(e)(ii).

  • Daily Measurement Value means the Specified Dollar Amount (if any), divided by 40.

  • Financial Performance Covenants means the covenants of the Borrower set forth in Section 10.11.

  • Performance Measure means one or more of the following selected by the Committee to measure Company, Affiliate, and/or business unit performance for a Performance Period, whether in absolute or relative terms (including, without limitation, terms relative to a peer group or index): basic, diluted, or adjusted earnings per share; sales or revenue; earnings before interest, taxes, and other adjustments (in total or on a per share basis); basic or adjusted net income; returns on equity, assets, capital, revenue or similar measure; economic value added; working capital; total shareholder return; and product development, product market share, research, licensing, litigation, human resources, information services, mergers, acquisitions, sales of assets of Affiliates or business units. Each such measure shall be, to the extent applicable, determined in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles as consistently applied by the Company (or such other standard applied by the Committee) and, if so determined by the Committee, and in the case of a Performance Compensation Award, to the extent permitted under Code Section 162(m), adjusted to omit the effects of extraordinary items, gain or loss on the disposal of a business segment, unusual or infrequently occurring events and transactions and cumulative effects of changes in accounting principles. Performance Measures may vary from Performance Period to Performance Period and from Participant to Participant, and may be established on a stand-alone basis, in tandem or in the alternative.

  • Performance Factors means any of the factors selected by the Committee and specified in an Award Agreement, from among the following objective measures, either individually, alternatively or in any combination, applied to the Company as a whole or any business unit or Subsidiary, either individually, alternatively, or in any combination, on a GAAP or non-GAAP basis, and measured, to the extent applicable on an absolute basis or relative to a pre-established target, to determine whether the performance goals established by the Committee with respect to applicable Awards have been satisfied:

  • Measurement means metered volumes at a custody transfer meter through a turbine, Coriolis, or such other meter.

  • Performance Measures means measures as described in Article 12 on which the performance goals are based and which are approved by the Company’s shareholders pursuant to this Plan in order to qualify Awards as Performance-Based Compensation.

  • Performance Requirements The ordering entity reserves the right to inspect and verify that all deliveries are in accordance with specifications, both at the point of delivery and at the point of use. For orders that specify an “authorized party” to receive and inspect deliveries and/or installations, acceptance and inspection procedures must be performed by the” authorized party” to be considered and accepted by the ordering entity. Products inspected at the time of use are subject to refusal and return requirements for issues of quality such as defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Products will not be considered accepted by the ordering entity until the installation is complete for the applicable products.

  • Performance Metrics means criteria established by the Administrator relating to any of the following, as it may apply to an individual, one or more business units, divisions, or Affiliates, or on a company-wide basis, and in absolute terms, relative to a base period, or relative to the performance of one or more comparable companies, peer groups, or an index covering multiple companies:
