Calorific Value definition
Calorific Value means the energy content of gas, expressed in units of Megajoules per standard cubic metre; Capped Amounts has the meaning described in section 16.4;
Calorific Value of gas means the number of British Thermal Units produced by the combustion of one cubic foot of gas measured at 60 degrees Fahrenheit under a pressure of 30 inches of mercury and containing such an amount of water vapour as is present at the time of testing;

A reference to a quantity of Gas means that quantity in MMBtu; and MMBtu shall mean MMBtu on a Gross Calorific Value (GCV).
In the event that the Gross Calorific Value for a Day is greater than or less than 40 MJ/m3, the value attributed to the Maximum Daily Flow Rate shall be adjusted accordingly.
