Mechanical Check definition

Mechanical Check means an audio visual external inspection and test drive of the Vehicle in accordance with clause 1 of this Important Notice.

  • Electrical contractor means an electrical contractor as defined in the Regulations;

  • Project Management Report means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
