Medallion Loan Schedule definition

Medallion Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Custodial Agreement.
Medallion Loan Schedule means the schedule of Eligible Medallion Loans to be delivered to the Custodian in connection with a Funding Date pursuant to Section 2, attached to a Custodial Identification Certificate, in hard copy and in electronic format acceptable to the Custodian, setting forth a detailed listing, as to each Eligible Medallion Loan, of the applicable information specified on Exhibit 1 to this Custodial Agreement.
Medallion Loan Schedule means a schedule initially attached to the Transfer Agreement dated as of the Closing Date setting forth the Medallion Loans sold or contributed to the Transferee on the Closing Date, as supplemented from time to time to reflect the Medallion Loans sold or contributed to the Transferee following the Closing Date pursuant to the Transfer Agreements and modified to reflect the release of any Medallion Loan from the Lien of the Loan Agreement in accordance with the Loan Documents.

Examples of Medallion Loan Schedule in a sentence

  • The Lender shall have received a completed Notice of Borrowing and Pledge and Medallion Loan Schedule in accordance with Section 2.03 hereof.

  • Each Medallion Loan Schedule and Exception Report shall be superseded by a subsequently issued Medallion Loan Schedule and Exception Report.

  • Subject to the inclusion of these documents within the Custodial Identification Certificate and the Medallion Loan Schedule delivered by the Borrower, the Custodian shall hold such additional documents.

  • All Medallion Loan Schedule and Exception Reports delivered by the Custodian hereunder shall be deemed to be covered by the Trust Receipt.

  • The Custodian shall not be required to review any item that has been delivered by the Borrower or the Servicer but is not listed on the Medallion Loan Schedule until such time as the Borrower shall update the Medallion Loan Schedule to reflect such Funding Date Documentation and such items will not be considered delivered pursuant to this Section 2 until the Custodian has received an updated Medallion Loan Schedule.

  • The Servicer shall maintain the Medallion Loan Schedule and will update such Medallion Loan Schedule from time to time to reflect the Medallion Loans sold or contributed to the Borrower to reflect the release of any Medallion Loan from the Lien of the Loan Agreement in accordance with the Loan Documents.

Related to Medallion Loan Schedule

  • Loan Schedule The schedule, as amended from time to time, of Loans attached hereto as Exhibit D, which shall set forth as to each Loan the following, among other things:

  • Mortgage Loan Schedule shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.

  • Mortgage Loan Rider The standard FNMA/FHLMC riders to the Mortgage Note and/or Mortgage riders required when the Mortgaged Property is a condominium unit or a unit in a planned unit development.

  • Buydown Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan as to which a specified amount of interest is paid out of related Buydown Funds in accordance with a related buydown agreement.

  • Pool 1 Mortgage Loans Any Mortgage Loan in Pool 1.

  • Premium Mortgage Loan Any Group 1 Premium Mortgage Loan or Group 2 Premium Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan Group Either Group I or Group II.

  • First Mortgage Loan A Home Equity Loan which constitutes a first priority mortgage lien with respect to any Property.

  • Wet-Ink Mortgage Loan means a Mortgage Loan which Seller is selling to Buyer simultaneously with the origination thereof.

  • Discount Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan having a Net Mortgage Rate (or the initial Net Mortgage Rate) of less than the Discount Net Mortgage Rate per annum and any Mortgage Loan deemed to be a Discount Mortgage Loan pursuant to the definition of Qualified Substitute Mortgage Loan.

  • Mortgage Loan Rate means, as of any date of determination, the weighted average of the Note A Rate and the Note B Rate.

  • CMSA Delinquent Loan Status Report means a report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the "Delinquent Loan Status Report" available as of the Closing Date on the CMSA Website, or such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CMSA for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Second Lien Mortgage Loan A Mortgage Loan secured by a second lien Mortgage on the related Mortgaged Property.

  • ARD Mortgage Loan Any Mortgage Loan that is identified as having an Anticipated Repayment Date and a Revised Rate on the Mortgage Loan Schedule.

  • Delinquent Loan Status Report format substantially in the form of and containing the information called for therein for the Mortgage Loans, or such other form for the presentation of such information as may be approved from time to time by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.

  • Jumbo Mortgage Loan Unless defined otherwise in the Transactions Terms Letter, a first lien Mortgage Loan (i) for which the original loan amount is greater than the applicable conventional conforming loan limits set by the Federal Housing Finance Authority in the jurisdiction where the related Mortgaged Property is located and (ii) which meets the transaction requirements set forth on Schedule 1 of the Transactions Terms Letter.

  • Class P Mortgage Loan Any of the Class I-P, Class II-P or Class III-P Mortgage Loans.

  • Mortgage Loan Sale Agreement The mortgage loan sale and assignment agreement dated as of November 1, 2003, for the sale of the Mortgage Loans by the Seller to the Depositor.

  • CREFC® Delinquent Loan Status Report A report substantially in the form of, and containing the information called for in, the downloadable form of the “Delinquent Loan Status Report” available as of the Closing Date on the CREFC® Website, or no later than 90 days after its adoption, such other form for the presentation of such information and containing such additional information as may from time to time be approved by the CREFC® for commercial mortgage securities transactions generally.
