Media Channels definition

Media Channels means TV Channels NOVA, the Servers and/or other media channels which the Provider specifies as such in the future; “Multichannel Binding Order” shall mean the Binding Order by means of which the Advertiser purchases an Advertisement on multiple Media Channels simultaneously;

  • Further, Executive shall continue to promote the Company and the Business (as defined below) in the public and on Social Media Channels consistent with Executive’s past practice.

More Definitions of Media Channels

Media Channels means TV Channels NOVA, Servers or other media channels which the Provider may designate as such in the future;
Media Channels means the use and audible reach of broadcast of any communication device (public address, speaker or other similar audible communication system) at the Location to be made exclusively available for use by Supplier, as detailed by in this Agreement.

Related to Media Channels

  • Channels means the standard definition (SD) channel(s)/ high definition (HD) channels, as the case maybe and more specifically listed out by the Broadcaster, along with their Nature, Maximum Retail Price (if any) and respective genre, in Annexure B annexed to this Agreement that are owned/operated by the Broadcaster (including its subsidiary company or holding company or subsidiary of the holding company) ;

It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.
