Examples of Mediation Date in a sentence

  • If the Parties wish to cancel the Mediation but notify SMC of such cancellation within 24 hours prior to the Mediation Date, the Mediation shall be cancelled, but each Party shall pay a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Mediation Fee.
