MEDICAL PAYORS definition

MEDICAL PAYORS means the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services and any other federal or state governmental authority or any other governmental Person responsible for making payment of any Medicaid Account.

Related to MEDICAL PAYORS

  • Medical physicist means a person trained in evaluating the performance of mammography equipment and facility quality assurance programs and who meets the qualifications for a medical physicist set forth in 41.6(3)“c.”

  • Third Party Payors means Medicare, Medicaid, CHAMPUS, Blue Cross and/or Blue Shield, private insurers and any other Person which presently or in the future maintains Third Party Payor Programs.

  • Payors shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.27.

  • Medical provider means a medical service provider, a hospital, a medical clinic, or a vendor of medical services.

  • Medical malpractice insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice and provision of a medical service other than the practice and provision of a dental service.
