Medicare Part D Plan definition

Medicare Part D Plan a PDP, MA-PD, or a Pace Plan offering qualified prescription drug coverage, or a cost plan offering qualified prescription drug coverage.
Medicare Part D Plan means a Medicare Part D plan, as defined by Public Law 108-173, the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act of 2003;
