Medium and Heavy Truck Overconcentration definition

Medium and Heavy Truck Overconcentration means, for a Determination Date, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate principal amount of Receivables that are Medium and Heavy Truck Receivables on the last day of the related Collection Period, over (b) 2% of the Pool Balance on the last day of that Collection Period (or a higher percentage if the Rating Agency Condition has been satisfied).

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, at any time in respect of which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, the portion (calculated by the Borrower or the Servicer without duplication in accordance with Section 1.04) of the Receivable Balance of each Collateral Receivable that causes such Concentration Limitations to be exceeded.

  • Concentration Limitations Limitations satisfied on each Measurement Date on or after the Effective Date and during the Reinvestment Period if, in the aggregate, the Collateral Obligations owned (or in relation to a proposed purchase of a Collateral Obligation, owned and proposed to be owned) by the Issuer comply with all of the requirements set forth below (or in relation to a proposed purchase after the Effective Date, if any such requirement is not satisfied, the level of compliance with such requirement is maintained or improved after giving effect to the purchase), calculated in each case as required by Section 1.3 herein:
