Meet Me Room definition

Meet Me Room means a place where telecom service providers connect their equipment;
Meet Me Room or “MMR” means the physical telecommunication rooms in the Data Center.
Meet Me Room is defined in Item 6(a) of the Basic Lease Information.

  • Schedule 1 requires the following information: the Participants status as a Connector or Aggregator, the name and contact information of the carrier providing connectivity to MAN LAN and the location of the carrier in the Fiber Meet Me Room (FMMR), the starting date of the carrier’s connection, the requested date of MAN LAN connection, the bandwidth of the MAN LAN connection.

  • If Tenant or any other Tenant Party, including, but not limited to any of their technicians or representatives, physically damages the Campus, the Project, the Building, the Datacenter, the Meet Me Room or any portion of any of the above, or the personal property of any other tenant or occupant, Landlord shall notify Tenant of the issue in writing.

  • This Lease supersedes any and all prior agreements and understandings between Landlord and Tenant and alone expresses the agreement of the parties with respect to the leasing or use of the Premises, the Meet Me Room and the Datacenter and the obligations of Landlord and Tenant in connection with such leasing and/or use.


More Definitions of Meet Me Room

Meet Me Room means a secure area, cage or room located in or in close proximity to the Cable Landing Point where licensed electronic communications providers may install interconnection equipment and apparatus for the purpose of interconnecting their network to the network of the licensee.
Meet Me Room means the facility within the Data Centre or Facility (as applicable) from which Clients or Carriers can physically connect their equipment in accordance with the Policies to Euronext Equipment hosted in such Data Centre or Facility;
