Data Centre. 10.1 The hosting is provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), and Buyer consents to the use of AWS as Supplier’s subcontractor. .
10.2 Supplier services are hosted on the AWS Ireland (Dublin) Availability Zone (xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/about-aws/global-infrastructure/) with data managed in Amazon PostgresSQL RDS with redundancy across multiple Availability Zones.
10.3 Supplier may change to a different hosting provider and / or data centre. Supplier shall give the Buyer at least 3 months’ advance warning of such a change and put in place measures to ensure that any Service disruption is kept within the Performance Target thresholds set out in this SLA, and Buyer shall be deemed to have consented to such change unless Buyer provides written notice to the contrary no more than 30 days after receipt of such notice.
Data Centre. (1) The Customer's data will be stored in ITSL and / or ITSL’s partners’ network of data centres. ITSL and its partners maintain a number of geographically distributed data centres, the locations of which are kept discreet for security purposes. ITSL computing clusters are designed with response time, resiliency and redundancy in mind.
(2) Subject to the limitations of liability applicable, ITSL shall adhere to reasonable security standards with regard to protecting the data centre from unauthorised access by third parties. ITSL and its partners adhere to the European Commission Directive on Data Protection and U.S. Safe Harbour Privacy Principles of Notice, Choice, Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity, Access and Enforcement.
(3) ITSL is responsible for all hardware, software and equipment in the data centre and will ensure that it is fit for its purpose and scaled out if necessary.
Data Centre a third party that according to the provisions of the signed agreement either with a Party or Parties shall provide processing of the Transaction Data, as well as sending and receiving of the Transaction Data (data routing) to/from the International Payment Systems.

(3) ITSL is responsible for all hardware, software and equipment in the data centre and will ensure that it is fit for its purpose and scaled out if necessary.
Data Centre. Network operators use data-centers as a cost-effective means to operate network services for their customers (such as DNS servers or tunnel terminators); but also to provide computing and storage resources for third-party services (cloud computing) or internal usage (hosting virtual network functions such as virtual CPEs, firewalls or mobile network gateways).

Data Centre. The local practices concerning hours of work, lunch and rest periods presently in effect for employees at the Data Centre will continue in effect for the duration of this agreement subject to any changes made by mutual agreement. Employees currently working shifts of 12 hours and five minutes six times over two weeks for a total of seventy two and one half (72.5) hours biweekly will continue to be paid an average rate of thirty six and one quarter (36 ¼) hours each week. There will be three (3) paid rest periods, two of fifteen (15) minutes and one of thirty (30) minutes. *Any change to this schedule must be mutually agreed to by the Employer and Union.
