Member of the Legislature means any person elected or
Legislative Assembly means Legislative Assembly of Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir;
Local legislative body means a common council, village board of trustees or town board of supervisors.
Information Legislation means the Freedom of Information Act 2000, the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and the Data Protection Act 1998 and any other subordinate legislation or Codes of Practice in relation to such legislation.
Legislative body means the municipal council.
Union harmonisation legislation means any Union legislation harmonising the conditions for the marketing of products;
Member of the University Community means any person who is a volunteer including high school students, an enrolled student, faculty or staff member, University official, any other person employed by the University or campus visitors.
Appropriate State Legislation means the State Employment and Skills Development Authority Act 1990.
Project Implementing Entity’s Legislation means the Charter of the Municipal Development Fund established pursuant to Decree No. 118 of the Government of Georgia dated July 23, 2005, as amended to date.
Prospectus Directive means Directive 2003/71/EC (as amended, including by Directive 2010/73/EU), and includes any relevant implementing measure in a relevant Member State of the European Economic Area;
Member of the immediate family of the producer means a person who is related to a producer described in Subsection 59-12-104(20)(a) as a:
Enabling Legislation means the CCA;
previous planning legislation means any planning legislation that is repealed by the Act or the provincial legislation;
Sanctions Laws and Regulations means any sanctions, prohibitions or requirements imposed by any executive order (an “Executive Order”) or by any sanctions program administered by OFAC.
European Community means the territory comprised by the Member States of the European Community as constituted from time to time;
Legislative action means the development, drafting, introduction, consideration, modification, adoption, rejection, review, enactment or defeat of any bill, resolution, amendment, report, nomination, proposed administrative rule or other matter by the legislature or by either house or any committee, subcom- mittee, joint or select committee thereof, or by a legislator or employee of the legislature acting in an official capacity. “Legis- lative action” also means the action of the governor in approving or vetoing any bill or portion thereof, and the action of the gover- nor or any agency in the development of a proposal for introduc- tion in the legislature.
Member of the public means any individual except when that individual is receiving an occupational dose.
Legislative authority means, with respect to a regional transit authority, the board of trustees thereof, and with respect to a county that is a transit authority, the board of county commissioners.
Applicable Legislation means any statute of Canada or a province thereof, and the regulations under any such named or other statute, relating to warrant indentures or to the rights, duties and obligations of warrant agents under warrant indentures, to the extent that such provisions are at the time in force and applicable to this Indenture;
Sanctioning Authority means [The FA][the [ ] County Football Association Limited].
Applicable Data Protection Legislation means any national or internationally binding data protection laws or regulations (including but not limited to the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act (“DSG”)) including any requirements, guidelines and recommendations of the competent data protection authorities applicable at any time during the term of this DPA to, as the case may be, the Data Controller or the Data Processor;
Applicable Supervisory Regulations means the provisions of bank supervisory laws and any regulations and other rules thereunder applicable from time to time (including, but not limited to, the BRRD, the CRD, the CRR and the guidelines and recommendations of the European Banking Authority and/or the European Central Bank, the administrative practice of any competent authority, any applicable decision of a court and any applicable transitional provisions) relating to capital adequacy, solvency, other prudential requirements and/or resolution and applicable to the Issuer and/or the banking group to which the Issuer belongs from time to time.
Member of the Board means an individual who is a member of the Board or of the board of directors of a Subsidiary or an Affiliate.
Sanctions Authorities means the respective governmental institutions and agencies of any of the United States, the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, including without limitation, OFAC, the United States Department of State, and Her Majesty's Treasury;
FOI Legislation means the Freedom of Information Xxx 0000, all regulations made under it and the Environmental Information Regulations 2004 and any amendment or re-enactment of any of them; and any guidance issued by the Information Commissioner, the Department for Constitutional Affairs, or the Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (including in each case its successors or assigns) in relation to such legislation;
Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.
