Member State of residence definition

Member State of residence means the Member State, determined on the basis of Article 5, where the subscriber has his or her actual and stable residence;
Member State of residence means a Member State in which a⌫ Union ⌧ citizen of the Union resides but of which he ⌫ the Union citizen ⌧ is not a national;
Member State of residence means the Member State where the subscriber is habitually residing;
