Members List means a register of Members in which there are entered the names of the applicants for incorporation of the Club and of every other person who becomes a Member of the Club, together with:

Examples of Members List in a sentence

  • A Member may request a copy of the Members List in connection with matters relating to Member’s voting rights and the exercise of Member rights under federal proxy laws.
