Dual status military technician means a federal civilian employee who is:
Qualifying Examination means examinations on the basis of which a candidate becomes eligible for admission or its equivalent examination;
Physical examination means the assessment of an individual’s health by a professional licensed to practice medicine or osteopathy, or by an advanced practice nurse or physician assistant.
environmental statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order;
Medical examination means the preliminary assessment of a person by an authorized health worker or by a person under the direct supervision of the competent authority, to determine the person’s health status and potential public health risk to others, and may include the scrutiny of health documents, and a physical examination when justified by the circumstances of the individual case;
National examination means the examinations developed and administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and approved by the board for licensure as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant.
marital status means being single, married as recognized by the state of Connecticut, widowed, separated or divorced;
Initial Environmental Examination or “IEE” means the initial environmental examination for the Project, including any update thereto, prepared and submitted by the Borrower and cleared by ADB;
Annual Statement of Compliance As defined in Section 3.13.
travel status with respect to an employee means absence of the employee from his/her headquarters or geographic location on Justice Institute of British Columbia business with the approval of the Employer, but travel status does not apply to employees temporarily assigned to a position outside of his/her headquarters or geographic location or to field status employees;
Controller of Examinations means the Controller of Examinations of the University;
Practical examination means a demonstration through application of the safety rules and principles in industrial radiography including use of all procedures and equipment to be used by radiographic personnel.
Due Diligence Examination shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Familial status means the condition of one or more minors being domiciled with:
the environmental statement means the document certified as the environmental statement by the Secretary of State for the purposes of the Order;
Dental Staff means the Dentists who have been appointed by the Board to the Dental Staff;
Pre-Contractual Statement means a draft agreement, undertaking, representation, warranty, promise, assurance or arrangement of any nature whatsoever, whether or not in writing, relating to this Agreement made or given by a Party to this Agreement or any other person at any time prior to the date of this Agreement.
Examination Period means the last ten reporting cycles including the reporting cycle in which the involuntary examination is commenced except for instruments evidencing ownership, or rights to them or funds paid toward the purchase of them, or any dividend, capital credit, profit, distribution, interest, or payment on principal or other sum, held or owed by a holder, including funds deposited with a fiscal agent or fiduciary for payment of them, or pertaining to debt of a publicly traded corporation.
Annual Statement means, with respect to any Insurance Subsidiary for any fiscal year, the annual financial statements of such Insurance Subsidiary as required to be filed with the Insurance Regulatory Authority of its jurisdiction of domicile and in accordance with the laws of such jurisdiction, together with all exhibits, schedules, certificates and actuarial opinions required to be filed or delivered therewith.
Vital statistics means the data derived from registered certificates and reports of birth, death, fetal death, induced termination of pregnancy, marriage, divorce, dissolution of marriage, or annulment.
Environmental Standards means regulations or certification specifications governing designs with regard to noise characteristics, fuel venting, and exhaust emissions of civil aeronautical products and articles.
Outpatient status means, with respect to a covered servicemember who is a current member of the Armed Forces, the status of a member of the Armed Forces assigned to:
Environmental Audit means, with respect to each Property, a Phase One environmental site assessment (the scope and performance of which meets or exceeds the then most current ASTM Standard Practice E1527 for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Process) of such Property.
Examination means an inquiry into a specific element of or process related to bills for services performed under this Agreement. Either Party (the “Requesting Party) may perform one (1) Audit per twelve (12) month period commencing with the Effective Date, with the assistance of the other Party, which will not be unreasonably withheld. The Audit period will include no more than the preceding twelve (12) month period as of the date of the Audit request. The Requesting Party may perform Examinations, as it deems necessary, with the assistance of the other Party, which will not be unreasonably withheld.
Medical condition means either of the following:
Environmental Site Assessment means a Phase I environmental report meeting the requirements of the American Society for Testing and Materials, and, if in accordance with customary industry standards a reasonable lender would require it, a Phase II environmental report, each prepared by a licensed third party professional experienced in environmental matters.
