Merchant Systems definition

Merchant Systems means any and all card acceptance and processing systems used by OSU’s acquiring bank (as defined in PCI DSS) ; and
Merchant Systems means any and all Card acceptance and processing systems used by CUSTOMER (except BAMS Systems), including, without limitation, Software (except BAMS Software), related documentation, technical formats and specifications, technical and business information related to inventions and present and future products and product lines, intellectual property, know-how, and any other information that is identified as CUSTOMER’s systems, whether owned by CUSTOMER or Merchant Providers or other Persons used by CUSTOMER.
Merchant Systems. The software, hardware, and infrastructure used by you to manage various aspects of your business operations in connection with the Services. My EMS: The platform, accessible to you, which allows you to, inter alia, view Transactions, access the Documentation and various other information, modify the settings of the Services, and which serves as the channel through which we may communicate notices related to the Services. Pay-out: A payment by us from your Balance to your Bank Account. Payment Instrument: Any specific tool or mechanism used by a Customer to initiate a Transaction, such as a Card, an electronic authorization for direct debit, or for other forms of (electronic) Payment Methods.

Examples of Merchant Systems in a sentence

  • Processor warrants that the Token returned to you, as a result of using the Data Protection Service, cannot be used to initiate a financial sale transaction by an unauthorized entity/person outside the Merchant Systems.

  • Third Party Vendor agrees to permit Merchant Processor to conduct remote scans of its Merchant Systems.

  • Subject to the terms of this Section 5, BAMS grants to CUSTOMER a non-transferable, non- assignable, non-exclusive, revocable sub-license during the term of this Section 5 to use PAN Data Protection, associated software, firmware or hardware, end-user documentation and associated Marks, whether provided by BAMS or a Person through BAMS, in the United States on CUSTOMER’s computers, networks or Merchant Systems for their intended purpose.

  • I authorize US Merchant Systems, LLC to correct any errors on my application.

  • As the merchant, I further agree that if I terminate this Agreement, or breach any of the aforementioned agreements, resulting in the termination of Service, before the end of the initial term, or during any subsequent renewal terms, I, the Merchant, attest and agree that this is a breach of contract and US Merchant Systems, LLC may terminate this agreement for cause and I agree that I, the Merchant, shall pay US Merchant Systems, LLC as liquidated damages, up to $295 for each merchant ID number.

  • I, the Merchant agree, that prior to the end of the initial term or prior to or at the end of any subsequent renewals, I agree to give US Merchant Systems LLC or its assignees, the Right of First Refusal at retaining the Credit Card Processing Merchant Account.

  • I agree that this fee is not a penalty, but rather is reasonable in light of the financial harm and expense caused by my breach of contract or termination for cause by US Merchant Systems, LLC for breach of any of the aforementioned agreements.


More Definitions of Merchant Systems

Merchant Systems means any hardware or software used by Merchant to access website(s) operated or maintained by DNAP through which Transactions are submitted for processing, and all other associated systems; Minimum Term means the minimum duration for the provision of the Payment Facilitating Services with effect from the Effective Date, as specified on the Merchant Application Form;
Merchant Systems means all software and systems used by or on behalf of the Merchant, the Merchant’s Affiliates, any of its or their direct or indirect sub-contractors, or any Authorised User in connection with the provision or receipt any of the Services or that the Services otherwise, link, inter-operate or interface with or utilise (in each case whether directly or indirectly);
Merchant Systems means the information technology infrastructure used by, and in the possession, custody, or control of, Merchant including all computers, software, hardware, databases, electronic systems (including database management systems), and networks, whether operated directly by Merchant or through the use of third-party service providers, excluding the Banyan Systems.
Merchant Systems means any and all card acceptance and processing systems used by UT.

  • Merchant Services means services provided to merchants relating to the authorization, transaction capture, settlement, chargeback handling and internet-based transaction processing of credit, debit, stored-value and loyalty card and other payment transactions (including provision of point of service devices and other equipment necessary to capture merchant transactions and other ancillary services).

  • Service Management System (SMS) means an off-line system used to access, create, modify, or update information in a Database.
