Message Recipient definition

Message Recipient means any person who, by means of the Communication Service, receives a message from Subscriber or sends a message to Subscriber (whether such messages are by text or other form).
Message Recipient means any person who, by means of the Marketing Automation Service, receives a message from Subscriber or sends a message to Subscriber (whether such messages are by text or other form).

  • In addition to the above, Customers may provide Hustle with additional Message Recipient Personal Information by manually entering it into a “custom field” or creating a “tag” within the Hustle Platform.

  • In the event Message Recipients use the Service with multiple Hustle Customers, we may send an automated message to clarify which customer the Message Recipient wants to restart receiving messages and calls from.

Related to Message Recipient

  • Prime Recipient means a Colorado State agency or institution of higher education that receives an Award.

  • End User means, in the event that the Services or Deliverables involve the use of any information systems, any and all UNICEF employees, consultants and other personnel and any other external users collaborating with UNICEF, in each case, authorized by UNICEF to access and use the Services and/or Deliverables.

  • Subrecipient means an entity that:

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Telecommunications service provider means that term as defined in Section 219a of the Michigan Penal Code, supra, as may be amended from time to time. As of January 2012, "Telecommunications Service Provider" is defined to mean any of the following:

  • Publisher means any person or entity that distributes copies of the Document to the public.

  • Message means Data structured in accordance with the Adopted Protocol and transmitted electronically between the parties including where the context admits any part of such Data.

  • Service Provider means an Employee, Director or Consultant.
