Recipients has the meaning set forth in Section 7.1.

Recipients means the Persons described herein to whom data is made available utilizing FAN Mail Services, including specified authorized agents of record owners of shares of a mutual fund or of annuity or variable annuity contracts, including registered financial advisers, financial planners and other financial intermediaries.
