  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • Metering Point means, for meters that do not use instrument transformers, the point at which the billing meter is connected. For meters that use instrument transformers, the point at which the instrument transformers are connected.

  • Corresponding Component As identified in the Preliminary Statement with respect to any Class of Non-Vertically Retained Principal Balance Certificates or Lower-Tier Regular Interest.

  • INTER-CONNECTION POINT/ DELIVERY/ METERING POINT means a single point at 220kV or above, where the power from the Project(s) is injected into the identified ISTS Substation (including the dedicated transmission line connecting the Projects with the substation system) as specified in the RfS document. Metering shall be done at this interconnection point where the power is injected into. For interconnection with grid and metering, the WPDs shall abide by the relevant CERC/ SERC Regulations, Grid Code and Central Electricity Authority (Installation and Operation of Meters) Regulations, 2006 as amended and revised from time to time.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Blood component means that part of blood separated by physical or mechanical means.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Basket Component means each of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, iShares Russell 2000 Index Fund, iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund, and iShares MSCI Emerging Markets Index Fund.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Metering Equipment means all metering equipment installed at the metering points designated in the appropriate appendix to an Interconnection Service Agreement.

  • Activated reserve components means members of the reserve component of the uniformed services who have received a notice of intent to deploy or mobilize under Title 10 of the United States Code, Title 32 of the United States Code, or state mobilization to active duty.
