Metro Districts definition

Metro Districts means, collectively, (a) the Existing Metro Districts, and (b) any other Person which issues Bonds after the Closing Date to finance the operation, construction, and maintenance of infrastructure projects in municipalities, which projects are related to the Companiesbusiness activities in the region in which the projects are being developed; and Metro District means one of the Metro Districts.
