Burial site means any natural or prepared physical location, whether originally below, on, or above the surface of the earth, into which as a part of the death rite or ceremony of a culture, individual human remains are deposited.
Disposal site means that portion of a land disposal facility that is used for disposal of waste. It consists of disposal units and a buffer zone.
Terminals means the Terminals set forth on Schedule A attached hereto.
Marine terminal means a public or private commercial wharf
Safety Management System has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
Aboveground storage tank shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 6901 et seq., as amended, of RCRA, or any applicable state or local statute, law, ordinance, code, rule, regulation, order ruling, or decree governing aboveground storage tanks.
Underground storage tank or “UST” means any one or combination of tanks (including underground pipes connected thereto) that is used to contain an accumulation of regulated substances, and the volume of which (including the volume of underground pipes connected thereto) is 10 percent or more beneath the surface of the ground. This term does not include any:
associated facilities means all associated track structures, over and under track structures, supports (including supports for equipment or items associated with the use of the Network), tunnels, bridges, train control systems, signalling systems, communication systems and associated plant, machinery and equipment from time to time but only to the extent that such assets are related to or connected with the Network but does not include any sidings or yards;
Resort Complex means the hotel, convention centre/theatre restaurant, exhibition centre, recreation facilities and Burswood Casino to be constructed on the Site pursuant to and in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and includes, if and when constructed, Stage 2;
Property management system means the Contractor’s system or systems for managing and controlling Government property.
