Equipment and Improvements means facilities and structures, buildings, installations, fixtures, improvements, betterments, additions, spare parts, stores, supplies, fuel and lubes, machinery, equipment, cranes, forklifts, platforms, vehicles, trucks, chassis, generators, containers, spare tires and parts, tools, appliances, furniture, office furniture, fixtures, office supplies and office equipment, computers, computer terminals and printers, computer software, telephone systems, telecopiers and photocopiers, and other tangible personal property of every kind and description, owned or leased by the Company and used in the operation of the Business.

Examples of Equipment and Improvements in a sentence

  • The Equipment and Improvements respecting each particular Property will be located only at the location identified in the applicable Lease Supplement.

Related to Equipment and Improvements

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other third party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Improvements means the buildings, structures, improvements, and alterations now constructed or at any time in the future constructed or placed upon the Land, including any future replacements and additions.

  • Property, Plant and Equipment means any item of real property, or any interest therein, buildings, improvements and machinery.

  • Non-Public Works and Improvements means all competitively solicited procurement of Supplies and/or Services by the City not solicited as Public Works.

  • Plant and Equipment means permanent plant, equipment, machinery, apparatus, articles and things of all kinds to be provided and incorporated in the Facilities by the Contractor under the Contract (including the spare parts to be supplied by the Contractor under GCC Sub-Clause 3.3 hereof), but does not include Contractor’s Equipment.

  • Project Equipment means the items of machinery, equipment or other personal property used in connection with the construction and development of the Project pursuant to the provisions hereof, and all replacements thereof and substitutions therefor made pursuant to this Agreement.

Infrastructure improvements also include 1 or more of the following whether publicly or privately owned or operated or located on public or private property:

  • Common Areas and Facilities means collectively the Development Common Areas and Facilities and the Residential Common Areas and Facilities and all those parts and such of the facilities of the Development designated as common areas and facilities in any Sub-Deed;

  • the Property means the Property more particularly described in Condition 2 of the Conditions of Sale (as defined in 1.6 below);

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Project Improvements means site improvements and facilities that are:

  • Repair means to restore to proper operating condition a tank, pipe, spill prevention equipment, overfill prevention equipment, corrosion protection equipment, release detection equipment or other UST system component that has caused a release of product from the UST system or has failed to function properly.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • the Premises means the building or part of the building booked and referred to in the contract

  • Installations means all property of any kind paid for by Landlord, all Alterations, all fixtures, and all partitions, hardware, built-in machinery, built-in casework and cabinets and other similar additions, equipment, property and improvements built into the Premises so as to become an integral part of the Premises, including, without limitation, fume hoods which penetrate the roof or plenum area, built-in cold rooms, built-in warm rooms, walk-in cold rooms, walk-in warm rooms, deionized water systems, glass washing equipment, autoclaves, chillers, built-in plumbing, electrical and mechanical equipment and systems, and any power generator and transfer switch.

  • New equipment means equipment for which, by the cut-off date, neither of the following events has occurred:

  • Installed means attached or connected such that an item requires tools for removal.
