Mezzanine D Loan Documents definition

Mezzanine D Loan Documents means all documents or instruments evidencing, securing or guaranteeing the Mezzanine D Loan, including without limitation, the Mezzanine D Loan Agreement.
Mezzanine D Loan Documents means, collectively, the Mezzanine D Note, the Mezzanine D Loan Agreement, and any and all other documents defined as “Loan Documents” in the Mezzanine D Loan Agreement, as amended, restated, replaced, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Mezzanine D Loan Documents means, for purposes of the Mortgage Loan Documents, the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Mezzanine D Loan Agreement.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Agreement.

  • Prepetition Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement, in each case as amended, supplemented, or modified from time to time prior to the Petition Date.
