Mezzanine Securities definition

Mezzanine Securities means securities of the Company, excluding Common Stock, but including preferred stock and warrants to purchase Common Stock, issued to any of Vestar and its Affiliates prior to the Effective Time, and any securities into or for which such securities are exchangeable.
Mezzanine Securities means loans, equity investments or other investments which consist of mezzanine investments, subordinated debt investments, bank loans, high yield bonds, equity securities, distressed debt securities or other similar investments.
