MFR Valuation definition

MFR Valuation. – means the results of a valuation carried out by the Scheme Actuary in a manner which is in accordance with sections 56-60 of the 1995 Act, and Submitted by or on behalf of the trustees, whether as a matter of legal obligation or otherwise.

Examples of MFR Valuation in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, where the Board is satisfied that no value has been attributed to an ABC Arrangement in the assets used for the Section 179 or MFR Valuation that is used under Rule D2 or, in a case to which Parts F1-F3 of the Rules apply, the relevant Post-Transfer Valuation (whether because the ABC Arrangement was entered into after the effective date of the relevant valuation or otherwise), the s179ABCAmount shall be zero.

  • The date of the Scheme's most recent Section 179 Valuation or MFR Valuation or, in a case to which Part F of the Rules applies, relevant Post-Transfer Valuation.

  • If a Scheme failed to submit a Section 179 Valuation by this deadline but the Board has an MFR Valuation in respect of it, then the funding position as at 31 March 2016 will be calculated as described in the MFR Conversion Appendix.

  • If a Scheme failed to submit a Section 179 Valuation by this deadline but the Board has an MFR Valuation in respect of it, then the funding position as at 31 March 2019 will be calculated as described in the MFR Conversion Appendix.

  • If a Scheme failed to submit a Section 179 Valuation by this deadline but the Board has an MFR Valuation in respect of it, then the funding position as at 31 March 2022 will be calculated as described in the MFR Conversion Appendix.

  • The estimated value of assets thus derived as at 31 March 2020 will be reduced by 5% a year compound in respect of the period (measured in years and proportions of years) between the effective date of the MFR Valuation used in the calculation of the 2007/08 levy for the Scheme and the Output Date.

  • Should the person concerned not select a location of residence, it will be determined by the regional Civil Protection.Therefore, a self certification form will be required in case of entry into Italy from abroad when travelling from States and territories other than those listed above.

  • If a Scheme failed to submit a Section 179 Valuation by this deadline but the Board has an MFR Valuation in respect of it, then the funding position as at 31 March 2020 will be calculated as described in the MFR Conversion Appendix.

  • If a Scheme failed to submit a Section 179 Valuation by this deadline but the Board has an MFR Valuation in respect of it, then the funding position as at 31 March 2021 will be calculated as described in the MFR Conversion Appendix.

Related to MFR Valuation

  • Fair Valuation means the determination of the value of the consolidated assets of a Person on the basis of the amount which may be realized by a willing seller within a reasonable time through collection or sale of such assets at market value on a going concern basis to an interested buyer who is willing to purchase under ordinary selling conditions in an arm’s length transaction.

  • ST Valuation Date means the Redemption Valuation Date.

  • Excess valuation assets for a valuation period means, with

  • SPS Valuation Date means the SPS FR Barrier Valuation Date or the Strike Date, as applicable.

  • Final Valuation Date means the Final Valuation Date as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. If the Final Valuation Date is not a Calculation Date the immediately following Banking Day which is a Calculation Date shall be the Final Valuation Date.

  • Actuarial valuation means a mathematical determination of

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.   • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.

  • FR Value means, in respect of a ST FR Valuation Date, Worst Value.

  • Scheduled Valuation Date means any original date that, but for the occurrence of an event causing a Disrupted Day, would have been a Valuation Date.
