Examples of Midstream Co in a sentence

  • To the extent that Midstream Co and Producer are party to this Agreement and one or more other Transaction Documents, one invoice may be delivered in respect of all amounts owing under such Transaction Documents.

  • The obligations of Midstream Co hereunder to design and construct the Individual System and to perform the Services do not include the design or construction of any substation or other interconnecting facilities required to procure electricity for the Individual System.

  • Midstream Co shall give Producer written notice of any assignment of this Agreement within 30 Days after the date of execution of such permitted assignment.

  • Midstream Co hereby grants to Producer, without warranty of title, either express or implied, to the extent that it may lawfully and is contractually permitted to do so without the incurrence of additional expense, the rights of ingress and egress with respect to, and the right to access, all lands covered by the Individual System in order to exercise its rights and obligations hereunder.

  • Atlas means Automated Transportation Logistics Activity System. ATLAS is a computerized information system to which all Shippers have access upon request. ATLAS enables Shippers to nominate and release product and to monitor and coordinate the movement of Petroleum Products while on Carrier's system.

  • Holdings LLC Agreement means the Amended and Restated Limited Liability Company Agreement of Holdings dated as of the Closing Date.

  • EBS means Electronic Bid Submission.
