Midterm Review definition

Midterm Review means the midterm review referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;
Midterm Review means the review to be carried out pursuant to paragraph 2 of Part C of Schedule 5 to this Agreement;
Midterm Review means the midterm review of the progress made in carrying out the Project referred to in paragraph 4 of Schedule 4 to this Agreement;

More Definitions of Midterm Review

Midterm Review means the joint review to be carried out in accordance with the provisions of Section II.C of the Schedule to the Project Agreement.
