Milestone Termination Date definition

Milestone Termination Date means, for the purposes of the Fourth Amendment and Canadian Forbearance Agreement, the earliest to occur of any of the following:

Related to Milestone Termination Date

  • Service Termination Date means the last Day in a month upon which Service shall terminate, as set forth in a Schedule of Service and subject to any renewal thereof.
