MIM Project definition

MIM Project means a design, build, finance and maintain Project being procured using MIM for which the Project Agreement is based on the Template Project Agreement set out at Section 1 (Design, Build, Finance and Maintain) of Schedule 7 (Template Project Agreements);
MIM Project means projects for the delivery of new facilities and project services under the terms of the SPA.

Examples of MIM Project in a sentence

  • Approved MIM Projects will be developed by WEPCo, but delivered by Project Co which will enter into a Project Agreement with the relevant Participant to deliver the relevant MIM Project.

  • Approved MIM Projects will be developed by WEPCo, but delivered (including hard facilities management) by Project Co which will enter into a Project Agreement with the Council to deliver the relevant MIM Project.

  • The payment (unitary charge) by the Council under the MIM Project Agreement entered into by the Council will be fixed and whilst the template MIM Project Agreement has a fixed risk profile, a few issues may increase cost but these are clear risk items often within the Council’s knowledge or control (e.g breach leading to delay or cost).

  • The WG continues to encourage all Local Authorities and FEIs to sign up to the arrangements with WEPCo regardless of whether they currently have a potential MIM Project, as WEPCo also offers Strategic Support Partnering Services which can assist Stakeholders with estates planning or associated activities.

  • Some donors pool resources, for example, the World Bank and IDB give joint loan funding to the Programme to Support Health Sector Reform (PARSalud) and CIDA, Fondo Italo, IFC and USAID jointly fund the MIM Project (Mejorando la Inversión Municipal).

  • The MIM Project Agreement (contractual) document uses a Welsh Government standard form template and ‘ any agreement to enter into this formal legally binding contract with the private sector will be brought back to Cabinet for approval at the relevant time’.

Related to MIM Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • The Project means supply, installation, testing and commissioning, integration of computer hardware and services with support under Warranty and annual maintenance contract, if required for the contract period.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.

  • The Project Site, where applicable, means the place or places named in the SCC.

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Redevelopment project means any work or undertaking

  • New Project means (a) each facility which is either a new facility, branch or office or an expansion, relocation, remodeling or substantial modernization of an existing facility, branch or office owned by the Borrower or its Subsidiaries which in fact commences operations and (b) each creation (in one or a series of related transactions) of a business unit to the extent such business unit commences operations or each expansion (in one or a series of related transactions) of business into a new market.

  • Sub-project means a specific development project to be carried out by a Beneficiary utilizing the proceeds of a Sub-loan; and

  • Ongoing Project means a multi-year project undertaken by a Company in fulfilment of its CSR obligation having timelines not exceeding three years excluding the financial year in which it was commenced, and shall include such project that was initially not approved as a multi-year project but whose duration has been extended beyond one year by the board based on reasonable justification;

  • Pilot project means an innovative environmental project that covers one or more designated facilities, designed and implemented in the form of an EMSA. (See Section 52.3 of the Act.)

  • Project Cost means the price payable to Service Provider over the entire period of Agreement (i.e. Rs. <in words>) for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Existing Project is a Project that has achieved Commercial Operation on or prior to the Execution Date.
