Minimum Commitment definition

Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.

Minimum Commitment has the meaning specified therefor in Section 2.3(a) of this Agreement.

Minimum Commitment has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

• Unless otherwise provided for in Exhibit A and subject to the Minimum Commitment, if Citizens elects to change the number of Authorized Users, Vendor shall reduce or increase the number of Authorized Users and adjust the Services Fees accordingly no later than five (5) business days from Citizens’ written request via a formal amendment.

• No Order shall act to reduce the Minimum Commitment for any Service set out in any other Order.

• For the avoidance of doubt, the Customer must meet and satisfy any Minimum Commitment set out in this Agreement.

• Citizens is entitled to increase or decrease the number of Authorized Users on an as-requested basis; provided, however, that Citizens agrees to maintain the Minimum Commitment unless the Parties otherwise agree to adjust the Minimum Commitment through an amendment to Exhibit A.

• Unless otherwise provided in a Minimum Commitment Contract, Devices not returned upon cancellation of the Service will be charged to the customer.

More Definitions of Minimum Commitment

Minimum Commitment means $10,000,000.

Minimum Commitment shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 13.1(b) hereof.
