Monthly Usage means, where applicable the number of Your Payroll Individuals and Payroll Companies Processed, including employer Pay As You Earn (‘PAYE’) reference numbers, using and/or using the Software per calendar month;

Monthly Usage refers to the Energy Charges specified in the Proposal Acceptance Form, being the estimated average monthly usage for each Premises as projected by You;
