Minimum custody definition

Minimum custody means the custody level given to an inmate who resides in minimum security facilities as defined in DOC 302.
Minimum custody means that Custody Level appropriate to an Inmate who is classified as eligible to be assigned to the Detention Facility and is eligible to be assigned to the least secure housing in the Detention Facility, but may not work outside of the Detention Facility's area.

Examples of Minimum custody in a sentence

  • Minimum custody offenders may be transported/escorted outside the secure perimeter without mechanical restraints and may be permitted unsupervised access to the community for certain approved purposes/activities (See DOC policy1.4.B.2 Male Offender Classification and 1.4.B.14 Female Offender Classification).

  • Minimum custody prisoners do not pose a risk of harm towards others and the general public; adjust well to confinement and controlled institutional living, and are considered to be sufficiently dependable to be assigned work details outside the facility.

  • Minimum custody requires the ability to work satisfactorily with minimum supervision or security control.

  • Minimum custody credit is credit earned pursuant to N.J.S.A. 30:4-92 at the rate of three (3) days per month during the first year that an inmate is classified into minimum custody, and at a rate of five (5) days per month after the first year of minimum custody status.Gap time credit is credit awarded pursuant to N.J.S.A. 2C:44-5(b)2.

  • Minimum custody inmates will be placed in one of the following statuses.• Community Minimum Status has the least security and supervision required of an inmate, and usually this type of inmate works in the community.• Non-Community Minimum Status has the least security and supervision required of an institutionalized inmate, and usually this type custody is housed under minimum security circumstances and may participate in activities on institutional grounds without direct staff supervision.

  • Custody Classification Risk:The risk levels of Maximum, High Medium, Low Medium and Minimum custody classification that are used to predict an inmate’s risk of institutional escape and violence (See DOC policies 1.4.B.2 Male Inmate Classification).

  • Minimum custody prisoners may be further divided into Minimum “A” and Minimum The former may be assigned to live in less secure housing units within or without the enclosure ; they may also move about (within limits) and perform assigned duties without guards or immediate supervision.

  • Minimum custody status provides the inmate with opportunities for residential community programs and credits that may reduce the parole eligibility date and maximum expiration date.

  • Minimum custody inmates authorized to leave the State of North Carolina shall be required to post a cash bond of $500 with the superintendent or institution head.

  • WSP Unit C-2: Place in this unit the following inmates:• Medium, Minimum-Restricted, or Minimum custody inmates identified as Medius; OR• Medium, Minimum-Restricted, or Minimum custody inmates identified as Brevis.

  • Minimum Collateral Amount means, at any time, (a) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances provided to reduce or eliminate Fronting Exposure during any period when a Lender constitutes a Defaulting Lender, an amount equal to 105% of the Fronting Exposure of the L/C Issuer with respect to Letters of Credit issued and outstanding at such time, (b) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances provided in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.14(a)(i), (a)(ii) or (a)(iii), an amount equal to 105% of the Outstanding Amount of all L/C Obligations, and (c) otherwise, an amount determined by the Administrative Agent and the L/C Issuer in their sole discretion.

  • Minimum Condition has the meaning set forth in Annex I.

  • Maximum Concentration Level Assessment means the Maximum Concentration Level Assessment for the purposes of a Basic Comprehensive Certificate of Approval, described in the Basic Comprehensive User Guide, prepared by a Toxicologist using currently available toxicological information, that demonstrates that the concentration at any Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern that does not have a Ministry Point of Impingement Limit is not likely to cause an adverse effect as defined by the EPA. The concentration at Point of Impingement for a Compound of Concern must be calculated in accordance with O. Reg. 419/05.

  • Replenishment Amount has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 2.06(b).

  • Minimum Level (ML means the concentration at which the entire analytical system must give a recognizable signal and an acceptable calibration point. The ML is the concentration in a sample that is equivalent to the concentration of the lowest calibration standard analyzed by a specific analytical procedure, assuming that all the method-specified sample weights, volumes and processing steps have been followed.

  • Extension Minimum Condition means a condition to consummating any Extension that a minimum amount (to be determined and specified in the relevant Extension Request, in the Borrower’s sole discretion) of any or all applicable Classes be submitted for Extension.

  • Minimum Commitment means any minimum commitment of time and usage for use of the Services by You during the Term of this Agreement.

  • Authorized Control Level RBC means the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC instructions;

  • Maximum Collateral Amount The sum of the Principal Balance as of the Cut-off Date of the Initial Mortgage Loans and the Original Pre-Funded Amount.

  • Minimum Liquidity Amount shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.

  • Required Deposit Rating means the short-term credit rating of the related entity is at least equal to P-1 by Moody's, A-1+ by Standard & Poor's and F1 by Fitch.

  • Minimum Charge means the higher of the rate minimum and the rate applied to the Contracted Minimum Demand;

  • Minimum Purchase Amount means an amount that would be sufficient to (i) reduce the Outstanding Amount of each class of Notes on such Distribution Date to zero and (ii) pay to the respective Noteholders the Class A Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount and the Class B Noteholders’ Interest Distribution Amount payable on such Distribution Date.

  • Minimum capital or "minimum required capital" means the capital that must be constantly maintained by a stock insurance corporation as required by statute.

  • Minimum L/C Collateral Amount means, at any time, in connection with any Letter of Credit, (i) with respect to Cash Collateral consisting of cash or deposit account balances, an amount equal to 102% of the Revolving L/C Exposure with respect to such Letter of Credit at such time and (ii) otherwise, an amount sufficient to provide credit support with respect to such Revolving L/C Exposure as determined by the Administrative Agent and the Issuing Banks in their sole discretion.

  • Minimum Contract Value means 10% of the Maximum Contract Value.

  • Minimum Balance Requirements The minimum balance to open the account is $5.00. If the balance falls below $5 at any time, the account may be closed. See Balance Computation Method above.   • Available Amount of any Letter of Credit means, at any time, the maximum amount available to be drawn under such Letter of Credit at such time (assuming compliance at such time with all conditions to drawing).

  • Minimum Balance means, at any time, an amount that equals the product of: (a) the average Borrowing Base (or, if less on any given day, the Revolving Loan Commitment) during the immediately preceding month multiplied by (b) the Minimum Balance Percentage for such month.

  • Monthly Average Subscriber Level means the average number of Subscribers of the Licensee in a particular month, as set forth in the applicable month’s Subscriber Report (refer Schedule D).

  • Minimum Exercise Amount means the Minimum Exercise Amount as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data.

  • Excess Collateral Amount means, at any time, the excess of (a) the sum of (i) the Collateral Amount, and (ii) the Principal Accumulation Account Balance, over (b) the Note Principal Balance.

  • Minimum Liquidity means, as of any date of determination, the sum of (a) the aggregate unused amount of the Commitments as of such date and (b) unrestricted cash of the Loan Parties as of such date.

  • Required Daily Deposit Target Principal Amount means, for any day in a Due Period, (i) if such Due Period is in [the Accumulation Period for the Class C( - ) Notes, the Accumulation Amount], (ii) if such day is on or after the occurrence and during the continuance of a Class C( - ) Adverse Event, the Nominal Liquidation Amount of the Class C( - ) Notes, and (iii) in all other circumstances, zero.

  • Service Availability The total number of minutes in a calendar quarter that the Tyler Software is capable of receiving, processing, and responding to requests, excluding maintenance windows, Client Error Incidents and Force Majeure.

  • Exercise Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
