Minimum Forecasted Collections Amount definition

Minimum Forecasted Collections Amount means on any Distribution Date during the Revolving Period, an amount equal to the Note Balance (after giving effect to payments of principal on the Notes on such Distribution Date) divided by 60%.
Minimum Forecasted Collections Amount. On any Payment Date during the Revolving Period, an amount equal to the Capital divided by 60.0%.
Minimum Forecasted Collections Amount. On any Payment Date during the Revolving Period, an amount equal to the Aggregate Term Loan Balance (after giving effect to payments thereon on such Payment Date) divided by 60%. Minimum Weighted Average Spread Rate: 22.0%.

Related to Minimum Forecasted Collections Amount

  • Calculation Amount means the amount specified as such on the face of any Note, or if no such amount is so specified, the Denomination Amount of such Note as shown on the face thereof;

  • Declared Monthly Consumption means the Declared Monthly Consumption set out in the Acceptance Form for Electricity Supply.

  • Monthly Debt Service Payment Amount means, for each Monthly Payment Date, an amount equal to the amount of interest which is then due on all the Components of the Loan in the aggregate for the Interest Period during which such Monthly Payment Date occurs.

  • Annual Percentage Rate or “APR” of a Receivable means the annual rate of finance charges stated in such Receivable.

  • Excess Concentration Amount means, as of any date of determination on which any one or more of the Concentration Limitations are exceeded, an amount (calculated by the Servicer and without duplication) equal to the Dollar Equivalent of the portion of the Adjusted Principal Balance of each Eligible Collateral Loan that causes such Concentration Limitation to be exceeded.
