Minimum Hurdle definition

Minimum Hurdle means $31.58, subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 8 below.
Minimum Hurdle for each fiscal year means 25% of the average equity capital that has been invested in the Company during that fiscal year. For example, if $5,000,000 had been invested in the Company prior to the beginning of a particular fiscal year and an additional $2,000,000 was invested half-way through that year, the average equity capital for the year would be $5,000,000 + ($2,000,000 / 2) = $6,000,000 and the Minimum Hurdle would be $1,500,000. For that purpose, the first fiscal year of the Company shall be deemed to include the 12-month period ending with the last day of such fiscal year, even though the Company was not in existence throughout that period.
Minimum Hurdle means $27.76, subject to adjustment as set forth in Section 8 below.
