LESSEE will carry and maintain in effect, at its own expense, with Approved Insurers, public liability insurance (including, but not limited to, contractual liability, and passenger legal liability), and property damage liability insurance with respect to the Aircraft, in amounts per occurrence of not less than the Minimum Liability Coverage, or such greater amounts as LESSEE may carry from time to time on other similar aircraft in its fleet.

LESSEE will carry third party war liability insurance in an amount at least equal to the Minimum Liability Coverage (and will provide LESSOR with evidence of such coverage).
War and Allied Risks cover is to be maintained from leading international insurance markets or the government of the U.S. in the scope provided by AVN67B (or other language usual and customary in the international airline industry) as in effect on the date of this Agreement and shall be for an amount not less than the greater of (i) the Minimum Liability Coverage and (ii) the amount carried by Lessee in respect of similar aircraft owned or otherwise operated by Lessee.
