Stock Election Number shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1.
Conversion Number means the number, or formula for determining the number, of ordinary Shares into which a Converting Preference Share will convert upon conversion.

Registration number means the number allocated to the registered person for the purpose of this Act;
Identification number means the Limited Liability Partnership Identification Number or the Corporate Identity Number, as the case may be;
Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), as used in this provision, means the number required by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to be used by the offeror in reporting income tax and other returns. The TIN may be either a Social Security Number or an Employer Identification Number.

EPA identification number means the number assigned by EPA to each generator, transporter, and treatment, storage, or disposal facility.
Employer identification number means the Federal Social Security number used on the Employer's Quarterly Federal Tax Return, U.S. Treasury Department Form 941.
Taxpayer Identification Number or “TIN” shall mean the Internal Revenue Service term for identification in the administration of tax laws, which includes the Social Security Number (“SSN”) and/or Employer Identification Number (“EIN”).
Cash Election Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1.
Stock Election Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1.
Minimum Transfer Amount means, with respect to a party, the amount specified as such for that party in Paragraph 13; if no amount is specified, zero.
MERS Identification Number The eighteen digit number permanently assigned to each MERS Designated Mortgage Loan.
Post-Closing Adjustment Amount has the meaning set forth in Section 1.9.3.
Minimum Consideration means the $.01 par value per share or such larger amount determined pursuant to resolution of the Board to be capital within the meaning of Section 154 of the Delaware General Corporation Law.
Statewide popular election means a general election in which votes are cast for
Tax Limitation Amount means the maximum amount which may be placed as the Appraised Value on the Applicant’s Qualified Property for maintenance and operations tax assessment in each Tax Year of the Tax Limitation Period of this Agreement pursuant to Section 313.054 of the TEXAS TAX CODE.
Minimum Cash Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(iv).
Fully Adjusted Regular Purchase Share Limit means, with respect to any reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction from and after the date of this Agreement, the Regular Purchase Share Limit (as defined in Section 2(a) hereof) in effect on the applicable date of determination, after giving effect to the full proportionate adjustment thereto made pursuant to Section 2(a) hereof for or in respect of such reorganization, recapitalization, non-cash dividend, stock split or other similar transaction.
Vehicle identification number means the number, letters, or combination of numbers and letters
Non-Election Shares shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.1.
Benefit Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 20.12 hereof.
Maximum Benefit Amount means the maximum amount payable for coverage provided to You as shown in the Schedule of Benefits.
Company Contribution Amount means, for any one Plan Year, the amount determined in accordance with Section 3.5.
Stock Election shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.2.
