Minority Occupant has the meaning ascribed to such term in the definition of the termAllocation Principle.”
Minority Occupant means the Party that occupies 20 percent or less of the total Building square footage on the Effective Date of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, the AOC is the Minority Occupant.

  • Child-occupied facility means a building or portion of a building constructed prior to 1978, visited regularly by the same child, age six years or younger on at least two different days within any week (Sunday through Saturday period), provided that each day’s visit lasts at least three hours and the combined weekly visit lasts at least six hours, and the combined annual visits last at least 60 hours.
